What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model and on whether you want your own branding. Standard models can be ordered in small mixed quantities; private-label orders need a higher quantity per model. We confirm the MOQ for each model in your quote.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Standard samples ship from stock. Branded samples are made after you approve the artwork. Sample cost and courier freight are quoted per model.
Which certificates do the explosion-proof models have?
Ex-marked models are certified by Chinese bodies (CNEx explosion-proof certificates), and the factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The marking on each product page follows the IEC 60079 format. If your market requires ATEX, IECEx or UL, tell us before ordering so we can confirm what is available.
What is the lead time?
Stock models usually ship faster than branded orders, which need artwork approval and packaging printing. Lead time is confirmed per order in your quote.
Can you put my logo on the lights?
Yes. Logos are laser engraved on aluminium housings or printed on plastic housings, and packaging can be printed with your brand. See the OEM page for everything that can be changed.
How are lithium batteries shipped?
Lights with lithium batteries ship as dangerous goods. We prepare UN38.3 test reports and MSDS documents for air and sea freight and agree the shipping method with your forwarder.
What payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard. The deposit and balance split is agreed in the quote. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.
Can the lights be used outside China?
The Ex marking format is the international IEC one, so the protection type, gas group, temperature class and protection level read the same everywhere. Whether a Chinese certificate is accepted depends on your country and site rules. Check with your safety officer, and ask us for the certificate copy.
Do you supply chargers for my country?
Tell us your market and we confirm the charger plug type for each model. Several models charge by USB-C, which works with any standard adapter.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. The factory is in Huizhou, about an hour from Shenzhen. Visits, third-party inspections and video calls from the production floor can be arranged.
What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
The models, the quantity per model, the destination country or port, and whether you need your own branding. If your site requires a specific certificate or Ex marking, include that too.
Can you supply ATEX or IECEx certified lights?
The certificates on file are Chinese CNEx certificates. For OEM projects that need ATEX or IECEx, tell us the models and target market at the brief stage and we will confirm with the factory what can be certified, and the time and cost involved.
What is the difference between Ex-marked and general industrial models?
Ex-marked models are certified for explosive gas atmospheres in Zone 1 and Zone 2. General industrial models are not Ex-certified and must not be used in classified hazardous areas; they suit patrol, inspection and emergency work elsewhere and usually cost less.
Can I order spare batteries and chargers?
Yes. Spare batteries, chargers and charging cradles can be quoted with your order. On Ex-marked models, use only the battery type named on the certificate, or the light is no longer covered by it.
What happens if goods arrive damaged or faulty?
Send us photos and the batch number printed on the carton or label. We review it with the factory and arrange replacement or credit. Warranty terms are written into each quote.
